I ask each of my clients to fill out a Customer Satisfaction Survey upon completion of a move.  Using a five point scale, the following categories are rated: Care, Courtesy & Attitude, Timeliness, Packing, Loading & Unloading, Delivery, Professionalism & Overall Satisfaction.  Here are some recent survey results from my customers
